When will my router be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched on the same working day if placed before 2pm GMT (or the next working day if after). Delivery will be with DHL and usually takes 1 to 2 working days, depending on your location. All routers are dispatched from our HQ in Cambridge, UK. The postage timescales given are very accurate but are not guaranteed.

Will the router work with my connection/in my home?

The Netduma router is compatible with every ISP in the world and we make every effort to provide a power cable / converter suitable for your country’s plug socket type. Setup is very simple – you just have to connect the router to your modem.

Do you sell to my country?

We distribute to most countries. To see if your country is included, use the country drop down option when placing your order. If you live in the USA, UK or EU there will be no customs duties. If you live in a different country, you may be subject to duties on your order. DHL or or your customs office will contact you if this is the case. These costs remain your responsibility to pay.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a DHL tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. You can then track your order here.

Do I need to sign for my delivery once it arrives?

Yes, you will need to sign for the delivery. If you are not at home during the day then we recommend choosing your place of work instead, or providing a delivery instruction to leave with a trusted neighbor. If delivery was attempted and you were not available, our courier will attempt to redeliver at the next available date (usually, the following day). You’ll receive a message to let you know that delivery was attempted before delivery is re-attempted.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by credit or debit card (Mastercard and Visa), or using Paypal Express Checkout.

Are there any hidden fees or subscription costs?

No – there are no hidden costs or subscription costs for the features that are pre-installed on your router. If you wish to apply a VPN to your devices using our Hybrid VPN feature, you will need a subscription to a VPN server. Typically this will cost you between $5-$15 a month. Netduma do not offer VPN servers.

Why didn’t I receive an email confirmation after ordering?

Your email server may have blocked our order confirmation email. Please check your spam/junk folder as it may be in there. Hopefully you have received a confirmation email from Paypal as well which is unlikely to have been blocked. If you have received neither email but you are sure you ordered, please email us at [email protected] and we will be able to confirm for you. Please provide your full name and if possible, your order number.
