How long will it take to receive my router?

Usually 1 or 2 working days depending on the delivery option you choose. The postage option you select will state the estimated delivery time. For example, if you order to the USA and select ‘DHL Express’, it will take one to two working days.

All routers are dispatched from our HQ in the UK. The postage timescales given are very accurate but are not guaranteed.

When will my router be dispatched?

If your order is received before 2pm UK time on a working day, it will be dispatched the same day. Otherwise it will be the following working day.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Do you sell to my country?

We distribute to most countries in the world. To see if your country is included, use the country drop down option on the order page

If you live in the EU or the USA there will be no customs / tax duties. For other countries there may be customs / tax duties. Your courier or customs office will contact you if this is the case. These costs remain your responsibility to pay, not Netduma’s.

The Netduma router is compatible with every ISP in the world and we make every effort to provide a power cable / converter suitable for your country’s plug socket type.

How do I track my order ?

You will receive a postal tracking number via email within 1 working day of placing your order.

If your postage option is with DHL, you can track it here

Otherwise your router will be dispatched from the UK by the Royal Mail, the UK’s largest postal service. You can track your router when it is within the UK shores here:

If you live outside of the UK, it will be passed to the Royal Mail’s partner in your country. Usually this is your largest / national postal service. If you are in the USA, your parcel will be delivered by USPS. You can track your router, once it has arrived State side, here:

Do I need to sign for my delivery once it arrives?

Yes, you will need to sign for the delivery. If you are not at home during the day then we recommend choosing your place of work instead, or providing a delivery instruction to leave with a trusted neighbor.

If delivery was attempted and you were not available, your parcel will usually be held in your local post office / depot where you can then collect it or arrange for a redelivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we use Paypal and Worldpay for our payment processing.

If you wish to pay via PayPal, you can use either you Paypal account or a credit / debit card if you prefer (a PayPal account is not required).

Worldpay offers most card payment options (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

Are there any hidden fees or subscription costs?

No – there are no hidden costs or subscription costs for our router’s features.

If you wish to apply a VPN to your devices using our One-click VPN feature, you will need a subscription to a VPN server. Typically this will cost you between $5-$15 a month. Netduma do not offer VPN servers

What is your returns policy ?

I did not receive an email confirmation after ordering.

Your email server may have blocked our order confirmation email. Please check your spam / junk folder as it may be in there. Hopefully you have received a confirmation email from Paypal as well which is unlikely to have been blocked. If you have received neither email but you are sure you ordered, please email us at [email protected] and we will be able to confirm for you. Please provide your full name and if possible, your order number.
