If we receive your order before 1pm UK time on a working day, it will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. We do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays, so orders placed after 1pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the next working day (usually Monday).
All routers are shipped from our UK distributor. The delivery option you choose will show an estimated delivery time. For example, if you select ‘UPS (1-2 days)’ for a delivery to the USA, it will take one to two working days. While delivery times are very accurate, they are not guaranteed.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We aim to fulfill all orders within 30 days of purchase unless there are exceptional circumstances.
ATTENTION: If you purchased a Netduma-branded product from an authorized reseller and not from the Netduma Online Shop, your purchase is subject to the particular warranty and returns policy of that reseller. The Resellers warranty and returns policy may differ from the warranty/ returns policy posted on this Site. If you purchased a Netduma product from the Netduma Online Shop, the following warranties and policies apply. If you paid using a credit card or debit card it can take several days for a refund to show on your account. Typically it is three business days but can be longer depending on your bank. All damaged goods remain your responsibility unless receipt was declined by you due to damage in transit. All Netduma Products are covered by a one year manufacturer’s guarantee. This coverage operates alongside and in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Customers have the right to cancel the order or return any router purchased from the Netduma Limited website shop for any reason within 30 days of receipt of the product (i.e. within 30 days of you receiving the product). If you wish to return the router, customers should do the following:

Post back the router, in its original packaging, with all accessories, so that it arrives at the Netduma return office at the address stated below within 30 days of receipt of the router.
You must include your order number with your return, as failing to do this could result in you not receiving a refund since we may not be able to find and verify the order on our records, in order to confirm that it is an authentic Netduma product. Netduma will then refund you the price of the router within 30 days of the products arrival at the Netduma return office, minus shipping. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility. If a customer chooses to cancel the order after the product has been shipped out, the customer is liable for return postage costs. If the customer has powered up the router and connected it to other devices a fee may be charged to erase any information transferred to the router in the interests of the customer’s privacy and personal security. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount if the product is returned in a state of diminished value.
You must return faulty items within 30 days of Receipt in order to qualify for a full refund or replacement. Netduma will offer a refund/ replacement and collection if we diagnose a technical fault with the product which we cannot resolve and the product therefore doesn’t work as described on www.netduma.com. If customers think that there may be a fault or the product doesn’t do what it is supposed to do they must post on our friendly user forum: forum.netduma.com, explaining the issue and requesting help. The user cannot diagnose a fault without engaging Netduma for technical support on the forum, in the first instance. If our technicians are able to resolve the issue and declare no fault customers will no longer be entitled to a refund or a replacement. If our technicians diagnose a technical fault which they cannot resolve, they will confirm this on the forum and direct customers to our customer service department at netduma@netduma.com where you will get a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) code for a refund or replacement. Netduma will not accept user diagnosis. Software issues are often easily resolved over via the forum so please do not return the item until requested to do so by Netduma. We are unable to process returned items without the RMA code. In order to speed up the refund / return process customers are requested to provide a link to the forum post confirming the refund/replacement, or confirm their forum username when making the refund request so that we can locate the refund/replacement confirmation.
First, if you have reason to believe the Netduma Gaming Router does not do what it is supposed to do, post your concerns on our friendly user forum (forum.netduma.com) to request help. If our technicians are able to resolve the issue and declare no fault then customers will no longer be entitled to a repair or replacement. If our technicians diagnose a technical fault which they cannot resolve, they will confirm this on the forum and direct customers to our customer service department at netduma@netduma.com where you will get a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) code for a repair or replacement. When Faulty products are returned after 30 days from date of receipt you are not entitled to a refund. However, customers are entitled to a repair or replacement. If a router develops a fault due to the fact that customers have not followed the instructions properly when downloading an upgrade, the customer is liable for cost of postage when sending it back for repair.
If we are unable to replace or repair within a reasonable time you may ask for a full or partial refund at netduma@netduma.com and ask for a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) code. If your request is in line with the returns policy process stated above, then once you have contacted customer service Netduma will send you an email with the return address details and arrange for a collection of the old router. Please place your returned goods in their original packaging with accessories and do not remove any labels. All items being returned should be sent with a copy of your order confirmation. If you do not wish to accept the terms of the license and you have selected the ‘Cancel’ button, then you may not use the router and you must return the router as set out below:

We will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. The refund will be provided in the same method of payment originally used to purchase the item. If the return is not due to our error we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund. Reimbursement will be received within 30 days of receipt of the returned product unless circumstances beyond our control reasonably prevent this.
