Battlefield REDSEC Server Locations (2025)

October 29, 2025

Sam Skinner

Battlefield has entered the battle royale arena with REDSEC - combining the all-out chaos and destruction of the Battlefield series with the fast-paced intensity of a BR shooter.

But just like any online game, lag and high ping can quickly ruin the experience. Whether you’re pushing a squad, piloting a vehicle, or looting upgrades, every millisecond counts.

That’s why it’s essential to play on the best Battlefield REDSEC servers. In this guide, we’ve tested and mapped the server locations so you can find the lowest ping connection and dominate every match.

What are the Best Battlefield REDSEC Servers?

The best servers for Battlefield REDSEC are the ones closest to your location. The shorter the distance between your device and the server, the lower your ping — which means faster hit registration, smoother gameplay, and more reliable performance.

However, matchmaking systems don’t always connect you to the nearest server. They often prioritise skill level, player population, or wait times, which can result in higher latency.

By identifying the closest REDSEC servers and manually connecting to them, you can ensure the lowest possible ping every match.

How to Force Connection to the Best Battlefield REDSEC Servers

The only way to control your server connection in REDSEC is by using the Geo-Filter feature on the Netduma R3 Gaming Router. With Geo-Filter, you can draw a custom filter radius on a world map, allowing connections only to servers inside it while blocking all others.

Use the server locations shown in this guide, or the Ping Heatmap feature on your R3, to identify the fastest servers near you. Then, simply include those in your Geo-Filter radius.

This lets you force Battlefield REDSEC to connect to the lowest ping server every time, ensuring smooth and responsive gameplay. If you want to see the Geo-Filter in action or learn more about the feature, check out our Ultimate Geo-Filter Guide.

Battlefield REDSEC Server Status

Even if you're connecting to the best servers, if they are overloaded or experiencing performance issues - your connection can be negatively affected.

With the popularity of Battlefield, playing at launch or during peak times may cause the servers to struggle. This can result in higher base ping, problems logging into the game and latency variation.

If you're experiencing any of these issues, we recommend checking the server status to identify whether the servers are causing your issues.
